“Broke town just outside of Abilene late on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to find an auto repair listed as "open". Sure enough, they recommended a tow service and had a bay waiting when the vehicle arrived. They replaced the alternator that same night, stayed very much after hours to get it done! Unbelievably good service and what a surprise and blessing that is these days! Thank you guys for going above and beyond!”

After the insurance decision came in, Steve found an excellent new car that suited my needs perfectly. “I would give 10 stars if I could! They are honest, and fair with their pricing. I had a bad experience with a previous auto repair shop, and luckily I found Fains. The previous shop said I needed new belt tensioners, & they tried to overcharge me. Brought my car to Fain’s and they were honest and told me that my tensioners were fine. I saved so much money. My family and I will be bringing all of our cars here from now on. Highly recommend them. Honesty and kindness goes a long way and they sure showed it!”

“This is an excellent selfless company. I help run a nursing home and during this snow storm they were able to deliver us fuel quickly for our generator. They even supplied us with metal drums. This delivery helped us keep power to our resident's and extend a hand to help our employee's and their families, with no source of heat, have a warm place to stay. Eddie and his crew are kind and risked their safety to help. Thank you Eddie and the employees of United Oil and Grease for you're generosity.”
“Brought the driveline in for our Kenworth they had it ready THAT DAY. No excuses, no problems. They did AN AMAZING JOB. That driveline was WRECKED and they made it work like NEW!!! Even went above and beyond and put the u joints on for us.. 10+ STARS by far the best company I've ever used.”

Plus, they went out of their way to get it done quickly once I explained what was going on. 11/10 would stop there again.”
“We were traveling and had ac problems decided to stop and get it looked at. They did help us although they said they didn’t do much just flip the cabin filter over we had it backwards lol. They did help diagnose the possible problem if it happens again. They didn’t charge us anything. They were very friendly with us and with my talkative 3 yr old. Definitely recommend!”

“Last week went to buy new tires for my F150. Of course I didn’t want to pay an arm and leg so I took the chance on going to a discount store. I knew better. This store wasted 3 hours of my time leaving me sitting and not even starting my truck but doing oil changes and then putting other vehicles ahead of me. Anyway I digress. So frustrated I left and found myself at Tom’s.
Once there, I was helped by the owner and a new guy. Both were very helpful by making me feel valued and eased my frustration over the whole process. I’m not ignorant to tires but still needed some guidance. Once I had picked my tires they didn’t have them. But promised to have them the next morning and have them installed immediately upon me arriving at my scheduled time.
And they did just what they promised. I did pay a little more than the other store but my time was worth it. Not to mention my peace of mind.”
