I'm so shocked and disappointed. I've been booked for a month and that's fine. There installer has to have emergency surgery,and I wish him the best. The issue is they don't want to book me for when he gets back,no he wants to book me for late next month that is just awful ? be ashamed of your self. I have been loyal for years .

The staff is extremely helpful, whether you know nothing about a cars audio system or you’re an expert. They have a $65 labor charge which is actually really good compared to most places. They have a great selection even despite the shortage of micro chips, which is in most components these days. I came here looking for one thing and left feeling very educated and satisfied. The staff member that helped me offered various solutions to my problem and even took the time to fully price out all of my options before I even had the chance to ask.

They did a great job! They have a great selection of quality stereo equipment and speakers! They helped me put the system I wanted together for a good price! The installer is also really good at what he does! Definitely five stars and I will be going back to add to this system and any other stereo needs! FIVE STARS!

I went to them to do some work on my radio. They shorted out my electrical module in my truck by NOT disconnecting the battery before working on the wiring.When confronted about this, all employees got very rude and tried to say my truck wasn’t running right before I brought it to them.I have 12 codes that come up when diagnosed that shows it was their fault. Plus went to a me mechanic today that said the work audio magic did shorted out my pcm.They are refusing to pay to have my truck fixed after they messed it up

I had to take my truck to a mechanic to have extensive repairs done due to the idiots at audio magic shorting out the pcm while they were working on my truck.

Called on Thursday to make an appointment. The guy told me I did not need one so I said I would come on Tuesday. Drove 17 miles up there and the guy at the counter told me I needed an appointment. Lousy customer service.

Every time I go in there they are always talking not taking their job serious and not wanting to assist me as a customer. They always have poor customer service.
