Staff was very friendly. The dentist did not address the problem I came in with She was only interested in me getting new dentures. Granted I needed a new set but I feel like my original problem should have been addressed. I getting a new set of dentures but that is beside the point.ThanksCynthia Crawford

**UPDATE, It's been over a week since this review and they have refunded $76. We STILL HAVE NOT received the remaining almost $800. We have emailed them all of the information, including EFT numbers, from the insurance that paid the claim over one month ago. No response to that email.The only good thing I can say is that my daughter's pain was treated very quickly. The biggest problem lies in the office staff. Paige is very quick at setting up an account to finance the treatment, but getting her to process refunds is a nightmare. It has taken months and they are still holding onto money that isn't theirs. Don't waste your time calling the corporate office, it now goes to a call center and they provide no assistance at all. They only tell you to wait. I feel like they are hoping that we will forget about the almost $900 that is owed to us. There are numerous other problems with this office like selling treatments that are not truly needed, refusing to file insurance claims correctly, and several dropped appointments (after traveling an hour to get to Abilene.) I wish we had paid more attention to the red flags we saw during our first visit. We saw several patients storming out of the office, visibly mad and frustrated. We feel the same way, would never go back.

I could not understand the doctor and he told me I would have to stop smoking for 2 hours before he would do anything to me. I was there for 2 and a half hour sitting around for nothing.

This place never answers the phone. They have messed up dentures for my client 5 times. She has not been able to eat solid food in 6 months after having her teeth pulled ?. Very shady business practices. Think they need a better office manager and a new billing department.
