Purchased a used truck with Jesse Byers at Arrow Point and it was a great experience! Jesse made sure the transaction went smoothly and we got the best deal possible. Sheena Tijerina in finance was also great to work with got us financed quickly. We feel like we have made two new friends. Highly recommend both these ladies and Arrow.

First time ever buying a vehicle over the phone. Arrow point had the right one for me, and salesperson Jessie Byer brought it all together. Answered all my questions, was patient, and made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. Vehicle looked amazing & was super clean ready to go. Jeff Zinsser the finance guru got me a great rate & polished off the paperwork.
They all made me feel comfortable which made for a great buying experience. Even showed me where the jack was just in case since I live hours away. Ask for Jessie, when you talk to her you’ll see what I mean.

Jessie got to deal with me when I was looking for a new truck. She was kind, friendly and knew exactly what to put me in. The purchase was easy enough and while there were a few bumps with the vehicle in negotiations, she made sure I was happy. I highly recommend Jessie Byer as your sales agent.

We found the Jeep of our dreams at Arrow Point Auto Mall, even though we were in Ohio we knew we had to have this Jeep! Our salesman Isaac Sebastian did everything he could to make our dreams happen. It was scary buying an expensive vehicle sight unseen from across the country, but Isaac made us feel very comfortable about the whole process!! Awesome team at Arrow Point! We are very happy with our purchase!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Arrow Point Auto Mall, and I can't say enough good things about my experience there. The salesperson who helped me, Brehnen Mitchell, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I arrived at the dealership feeling frustrated after dealing with some issues at Lithia Toyota. I had initially intended to explore vehicles from a different brand, but Brehnen actively listened to my concerns and remembered that they had a Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium on their lot, which he thought might be a great fit for me. He was absolutely right!
After test driving the 4Runner, I was thoroughly impressed and decided to take it home with me. It was exactly what I had been looking for. The staff at Arrow Point Auto Mall made sure that my experience was not only satisfactory but also fun and relaxed. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle and that I was happy with my decision.

Jessica was a huge help. I loved that she was patient with us having to leave to go look at a few more vehicles and we didn't feel pressured. They jumped through hoops to help us get the price that we needed and not once during the process did we feel pressured into anything! They have a nice selection of vehicles.I feel like they are honest about the prices as well. Thanks guys for this buying experience!
