I have submitted a quote request online, got a phone call from the company telling me that they have availability on the day I had requested and one of their agents will come to give me an estimation, the other day their agent told me that they don't have availability and did not want to cooperate, he just did not want to take care of my request and told me that they are expensive and charge probably 3 times what others might charge.
