Northern tools is trash they will have your name in the computer and still won't return an item if you have receipts.Id rather go to harbor freight tools .At least at harbor freight they will honor your receipt no matter how long you had the item .Northern tools sheet rock lift was faulty! STICK WITH LOWES OR HOME DEPOT BETTER YET HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS !Last but not least a contractor and I bought tools at the same time he returned his without a receipt the tools were used but due to him being a contractor and I a regular individual of color I don't get the same treatment!!!!????

Abilene, TX store. You might want to update your hours of operation on Google and your automatic phone system. We drove 42 miles to the store on Saturday and it was closed at 5:05pm when we arrived. The hours on the door said closed at 5:00pm on Saturday. Google and your phone automated system said 6:00pm on Saturday.

Service in this store is horrible. I can walk around in the store for a while and not one soul will ask me if I need help. Inventory is impossible to find even though the app says stuff is in stock. Good luck.
