I’ve been coming here since a little over 3 months and can say this is the first gym that’s ever had me stay! All of the staff makes you feel like you have a family when you walk in the door, whether it be a big hello or a smile! Definitely recommend checking out alpha!

The best experience I have ever had at a gym it really does feel like everyone is family.The group sessions are fire highly recommended!The owner is down to earth and very helpful when it comes to seeing people achieve their goals.

If you’re really serious about going to the gym and taking care of your health, plug in to this community! Everyone here is willing to help you to progress toward your goals. This is an overall great gym, even if you’re just stopping by. They have all the equipment you need, whether you’re just starting out or have been lifting weights for a while. If you have any questions at all the staff is always willing to answer them. Don’t even look for another gym! Just take my advice and go here!

Management is very poor. Management was very rude to me and harassed me on multiple occasions. Staff was nice, however the harassment was not worth it. Do not recommend.
