Great storage facility! Great prices! Amazing customer service, too! We called them in a pinch and got a unit the same day! They are even open on Saturdays! Moving in and out was easy and the storage units were clean! Highly recommend ACI storage! All-around great experience!

Do not use this facility!!!! 3 college students locked up their fall/winter clothes, shelving units, lamps, kitchen items, end tables and coffee table, etc.,yet someone managed to break in and steal these items. There are no cameras pointed at this row of units but you would think there would be footage of the thieves driving in and out of the gate…yet, management says that data is erased after 28 days…but when the theft was reported, the 28 days had not passed, yet no video coverage was ever seen or supposedly recorded…something VERY FISHY is going on at this place. These items weren’t high dollar but these college students now have to buy more clothes and housing items with money they need for books, groceries, and everyday life. Management was not helpful and the police were not actively pursuing anything. Save yourself the heartache and definitely get insurance!! Pics show before the theft and after the theft! Hooligans!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst customer service from the Owner! Not only did I lose money on movers due to the gate number they gave me not working but owner did not even want to take responsibility. Made several calls to them trying to figure out the problem and never heard back.

I would not use them for storage needs. They will raise your rent and not even tell you. Plus they're just rude and arrogant people!
