I woke up this morning with an abscessed tooth, swollen jaw, and felt awful. I called just about every dentist office in Abilene and everyone was either booked up with no squeeze-in room, or closed because it's Friday. Dr. Connor was the only one that would get me in for a consultation at the very least. I sat in the chair in one of the exam rooms while waiting, and I could hear him literally buzzing from one patient to the next all while keeping a positive attitude. It was great to see, honestly. I was relieved as soon as I walked in. The place has a good vibe with slow jamz on the stereo. The staff, everyone in there was friendly and welcoming. While it did take a bit to get to me, Dr Connor was efficient and does a great job. Also, I cannot forget AJ! He's an excellent example of a caring medical field worker (sorry AJ, I didn't get your title ??♂️) and we need more kind people like him taking care of Abilene.

I have had my teeth cleaned here and a filling replaced. Their staff ⚕️ was very helpful and professional. I will ☺️ be recommending them to my family members ?? and friends. They accepted my insurance and I was able to order a custom night guard for my grinding. Thank you Team for keeping my pearly whites on point until my next visit.

Wow all I can say is that these guys are absolutely amazing...Dr. Connors was soo kind...hah I thought he was the hygienist at first bc he was so friendly and outgoing.... normally I get dentists...or doctors that don't really talk to me and they are in and out...he is the prime example of what health care and bedside manner should be....very impressed...and my actual hygienist, Carmen did a fantastic job. My teeth felt very clean afterwards and she also had excellent bedside manner...Abilene dental care and orthodontics always impresses me. Thank you

Always a pleasant visit and everyone is very friendly. Dr.Lorne Wasylucha knows his stuff and cares about you and your health. Carmen is a great hygienist and so pleasant to be around.

No one likes going to the dentist, but I'm throughly impressed with this one. The younger Dr is the most talented dentist I've seen.Saw him today to fix an issue I was left with thanks to another dentist in town. Not only did he fix the other dentist's screw up, my tooth feels better than it has in several years.Very personable Dr and hygienist.

Best dental office in town. Staff, every single one, was very sweet and patient. I was super nervous and they were very understanding.! Would recommend this office in a heartbeat!

The best dental office I have ever gone to! I barely had a wait and all of the staff were amazing.I had pain for weeks and another office didn't help me. In ten minutes the doctor knew what was wrong and I left pain free. I highly recommend coming here! I won't go anywhere else!

I had terrible experiences here from late 2021-2022. The hygienist was very rough, and it was painful. I’ve had a lot of work done on my mouth, and no one has ever hurt me the way she did. I have other relatives who went here in the past, and they’ve said the same thing about how the hygienist was very rough. I had an appointment set for 6 months, and when the day comes, I show up with my appointment card and the receptionist tells me that I don’t have an appointment and someone should have called me to reschedule since they only do braces on Fridays.. which I don’t have. So why was I scheduled for a Friday in the first place? No one ever called me during those 6 months. I had to drive 2 hours home and miss my college classes for nothing. She rescheduled me for a week later and then the day of I get a call saying the hygienist called in. I explained to her that I had to drive 2 hours, miss school, and work this time, and this can’t keep happening and if there was any way I could be fit in with someone else today. She was extremely rude and defensive and said, "I mean do you want the dentist to clean your teeth??? He can do it but it’s not going to be as good as the hygienist." Throughout our entire conversation she was very rude and it made me too uncomfortable to even want to go in for the dentist to clean my teeth. They weren’t able to fit me in until April of 2023… keep in mind this took place in December of 2022. I am glad to say that I have found a new dentist.

Fast professional service - the office staff is amazing and clear on pricing. Never found a provider that worked this well dealing with insurance and being helpful to the customer. I am very happy with the Dental AND Orthodontic services!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist— and because of this, I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time. Everyone at this facility was so kind and so patient, though. From the x-rays to the thorough cleaning and assessment, it was such a smooth and relaxed process. The doctor and all the technicians were so easy going and knowledgeable, thoughtfully answering my questions, while also easing my anxiety-riddled brain. I can’t possibly recommend them enough!

First visit today at Abilene Dental. I was super impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Loved the dentist, hygienist, Office Manager. Heck! I loved them all. They listened to my concerns about being retired with no insurance and gave me an affordable and logical plan to move forward!

10/10 recommend! Vanessa up front was very efficient & very polite. The staff in the back all made me feel very comfortable. I hate going to the dentist I get super bad anxiety but the moment I walked back I had none. The girl who took my X-rays was gentle and talked me thru everything she was doing. The hygienist/assistant was very through and super nice, the dentist was 10/10 he was a very nice younger male who talked me thru everything and is actually doing what needs to be done to help make my smile much better. If you’re looking for a place to go this is your place!!
