Before I could even park Alex was walking up to my car with a smile...I explained what I could with my limited knowledge and said we'll order the part and have it here tomorrow (I didn't think you could get service so fast !)....He kept his word on the price and labor even thou it was a little longer then he expected....I'm never going back to a dealer ....Service: Electrical

I'm a college girl who has to call my dad every time something goes wrong with my car and i'm always worried that i'm not doing the right thing or spending too much money! However, Alex really helped me out with a part replacement and the price was great, he is also extremely understanding and kind! i will be returning for any other car needs i have!

Alex has been very good about helping my daughter when she had car issues while in Abilene going to college. Some would take advantage of a college girls lack of auto knowledge but Alex always could fix the issue and at a fair price.Most recently I was in town half way through a cross country trip and having a car issue that other mechanics could not figure out. Alex dropped everything, figured out the problem, and fixed it in one day. Again, he could have cashed in but he priced the work fairly.I don't think you'll go wrong with Abilene Auto Solutions

The Best!!! Alex has taken care of me on 2 separate occasions!!! When other mechanic's told me it would take a few weeks, or they couldn't get the parts for at least a week, Alex fixed me up in 3 days or less! I would receive calls updating me on the progress of the repairs, and the actual price was less than what was estimated!!! If you want the best services, and everything fixed right the first time, go see Alex!!!!

Mike was who we worked with at this auto place. He was super busy, but took the time to go through the details of the work to the car, gave us a ride to the Firestone down the road where the care was being finished up, apologized for the long wait and reimbursed my mom some money for her trouble. Very friendly service.
