cashier was rude to us before we even went inside because we parked in front when there was NOBODY pulling in or even around the area, and we were just getting a pack of cigarettes.

I just came by this place on my way back to lubbock. Cozy little store. But wanna say this. The disabled man running the register. Totally awesome. Popping between 2 registers to help reduce the wait time. This is what customer service is about. I pass thru alot of 711. This one was the best on this trip. Cashier was a boss and humorous. Made my visit delightful!

Your typical 7-eleven store, the one you enter to pay for gas for your car and leave with a handfull of junk food priced like gourmet. This Abilene location has a pretty efficient and friendly Western Union money transfer point. Tge staff is particularly nice and helpful, but it is a 7-eleven after all, and the location isn't the cutest in town. Gets the job done and it sees a whole lot of gents coming from Midland's oil rigs and get the economy going.

Ok, it's a 7-11, and you all know what to expect. This one greets you when you enter, wishes you a good day on check out. No mater which person is working the counter, it is a welcoming space. Not everyone can say that about their local convenience store. Gas is always peg to city wide prices. This one is easy to get in and out.
