I put letters with the right amount of stamps on them in my locked mailbox to be sent off it been sitting there for 2 days the mail carrier wouldn't even bring it back to the post office if they can't do their job they shouldn't have it

Why is mail being returned to the sender? Every piece of my mail gets returned but not by me. Put it in the mailbox!!! What is the problem?

Absolutely horrible non-accommodating, mail delivery lady is the worst ever. Multiple conversations about problems. Nothing ever gets resolved. Absolutely need to be turned in for below par standards.
