Unfortunately I had to reschedule at the LAST minute. I felt terrible but this company just rescheduled me with no issues. All my items arrived how they were with not even a scratch. They placed the items exactly where I asked with no problem. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my moving needs. Thanks so much!!!!

just now Extremely rude staff; totally untrustworthy. They booked a move for me for 24th June, confirming on email and later declined to honor their commitment saying this was not confirmed and they are too busy at this time of the year. Very frustrating experience. I contacted the Owner but he sided with his employees instead of helping and resolving this issue.

Nothing, have read reviews and it seams as if everything go’s right and no damages it’s fine, but if u have any damage, they get rude and blame every on you. Plus they really put woman down, what do they think we are stupid, we are the ones who work, run a house hold, raise children and handle most of the hiring of contractors and moving company’s. I have worked with the public for a large company for many years and would never talk to a customer the way you did. You are in the wrong business.

This company loves to go on social media and publicly post info on your personal life link people to your page and blast the condition of your home as well as their opinions on your work history. I posted a picture of their latest post. Editing out the link to this poor womans page. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. RUN! RUN AWAY!

ETA the owner is Michael Zappavigna is a convicted felon Just had the worst move of my life!!! There's still a lot of stuff at the old apartment that needs to be moved, they were 2 1/2 hours late (were supposed to be here at 10:30am), mom & I did a ton of packing/unpacking, the guys didn't even use a dolly to move anything (seriously they carried boxes down/in 1 box at a time) was quoted a rate for 3 men & packing supplies well the main guy had a death in the family (which I totally understand he can't control) but for 4 hours there were only 2 men working (another one showed up around 4:30 & left at 8:30ish) they finished at 11:15pm & it still cost me $755. The owner said that I didn't tell him I was moving to a different building (I told him in the attached Facebook message that I was staying in the same complex, but going from the 2nd floor to the bottom floor) I never said I was staying in the same building . Anyway I'm over it, I've never had a professional moving company be 2 1/2 hours late, not have the correct amount of people/supplies to get the job the done (mom had to unpack boxes/totes at the new apartment so that we ((yes we because I was packing along with them)) could finish packing the old apartment), brought the smallest moving truck possible (so instead of one trip they had to make 3),not finish the job (I mean they would have stayed but after 11 hours I couldn't afford another 3)& give me a pathetic $125 discount. Not to mention the dirt/leaves they tracked into my new apartment with clean carpet. Also the two moving guys got into some sort of tussle/argument in the breezeway of the old apartment & someone called the courtesy officer who called me. So unprofessional on so many levels. Avoid Hometown Moving, the owner blamed me for the whole thing and kept reminding me of what a good "deal" I was getting. Also the "" on the Facebook message was added later, not at the time I sent him the message. The owner (after I posted this review on the company Facebook page) went and posted in multiple groups that I was a liar/fake veteran/stolen valor etc & also posted the link to my personal profile. Avoid this company at all cost they're far beyond unprofessional The photos of my apartment were taken AFTER the two "movers" had been there for 11 hours.

This company will go to random facebook pages and post personal info about you if you use them. I do not know the person this post was about, but I am a member in one of the groups they randomly posted this persons personal info in.
