I’m so thankful today for the helpful, kind staff at Auto Zone in Woodbury. My husband was out of the country when both of my truck batteries decided to stop working. Chris was so kind to take the time to carefully clean my very corroded terminals and to replace both of my batteries so I could continue to work. All the staff were kind and helpful, and Chris went above and beyond this morning! I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

We tried to purchase a radio to put in a vehicle that we are selling. We called Auto Zone in Woodbury Tennessee to confirm how to go about using our tax exempt form for our business. Usually you can do this by going online to take care of it so I thought, but instead you need to bring it to the local business. We did that and they still would not take the tax exempt number that was issued by the State of Tennessee. I give them a negative number if possible for the way they handled there business and allowed me to go 45 minutes to Auto Zone and still not take the tax exempt form.

Came to the Woodbury, TN store needing a few items. I was waited on by an amazing young man, John Hoopii. He greeted me as I was getting out of my truck, held the door for me and was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help.

Excellent service. Also, pointed me in the right direction of a guy that could fix my window that had fallen off track, inside my door. These guys saved me alot of headache and trouble today. Thank yall, Josh and Dennis, and highly recommend this location!

Samuel at the store is amazing Help a friend change her tire at doctor Tate veterinarian clinic. Drove his own vehicle to her rescue and pulled out his Jack and changed her tire. To me that means a lot he's a very good person and I'll always use that autozone All because of samuel have a great day bless you for helping her. I wish there was more people like you in the world thank you?

Samuel M was great on the phone and in person to me. Even tho I'm a woman he treated me like he should which was a woman who knows a thing about cars and he help me trouble shoot and lead me in the right direction. Very respectful employee!!!
