“MRS. WILLIAMS REVIEW IS VERY WRONG & MISINFORMED. My previous rebutal has gone M.I.A., & a lot of things have changed since her contribution.I'll address current conditions rather than retort her claims.I have been a resident since 2/15, & find this facility, even at it's worst, do be a tremendous blessing to any financially challenged persons (65 or older, or disabled at any age) seeking affordable housing.Per Mrs. Williams' review, the management has changed since then (retirement) & the current manager is outstanding. From the top down, owner, C.O.O., & property management work cohesively to provide clean, safe, & well maintained living conditions for every resident. Through the recent pandemic, management took firm but sure steps to insure everyones health & safety, & this facility only had 1 case reported inside, but that individual took all necessary precautions, didn't spread the contagion, & fully recovered. We are truly blessed. Management is working to re-engage people in our previous social activities, & is working hard to improve the facility for the betterment of the residents.We have a full time maintenance professional, & issues are handled in a timely & proper manner.There is an on-site laundry that is priced drastically less than the local public establishment.Cannon County is a small, quiet, rural community, & HOLIDAY HOUSE of WOODBURY is an outstanding place to reside.I highly recommend this apartment complex to any qualified applicants.”

“I have lived at S. Ridge for almost 3 years and the staff of this apartment complex is so thoughtful and kind. My family and I were looking at being homeless and the staff worked fast to get us into an apartment very quickly. They are always willing to help, once my toddler locked himself and my other daughter inside the house and the landlord rushed to my home to help me get back in the house. I want to live in a place where the landlord cares and is willing to help. S. Ridge has been a WONDERFUL place to live, because of the people that make it such a wonderful place to live. Thank you S.
