Good thing we have an emergency hot line...... I've been on the phone 3 times, and this last time over an hour.This is a complete disgrace. Pathetic service. I have never been so disappointed in a co as this one. Horrible service!!!!

There service is trash if you move and have you power disconnected it takes them 4 to six weeks to refund your deposit they don't understand you need your money to they have to have theres right away it should be the same for everyone

Giving a 1 star because they won't work with you on current energy inflation costs which make utility bill outrageous!! They have also switched to a company that charges you $10 to pay your already high bill. Why you would switch to a company that charges your customers more us beyond me . Really puts your reputation as greedy and don't care about your customers just money .

Friendly staff and power rarely goes out. Much better service than Duck River.

Not very happy with customer service....customers can make mistakes I get it, but they def are not accommodating for the customers!!
