I was a loyal customer for over six years but last year I started getting damaged hat bodies and when I brought it to the attention of customer service I was told they didn't want to do business with me if I was going to complain. I have text messages from Trish to back this up if you find it hard to believe. Around the time I was getting defects, they went up on their prices so it was an easy choice to find someone else to source from. All in all I had a really good experience with Winchester except for the unfortunate ending. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted decent felts to work with and they refused to comply. If you want to keep doing business with them and not get canceled, I recommend keeping it to yourself if you get a body that's damaged because they will cut ties with you if you make an issue of it. I waited almost a year before deciding to post this review to ensure I wasn't letting sour grapes interfere with my feedback. I had hundreds of positive experiences with Trish/Winchester and only a few negative episodes but unfortunately those bad ones are what I'm reminded of most now. Over the years they messed up several orders and charged my credit and debit cards when I hadn't given approval(one time I overdrew at my bank thanks to their error)and I never made a stink about it so it's really disappointing that our relationship ended the way it did.

I love the quality of Winchester Hats. I just wish they would change back to their older system of ready made hat bodies that are ready to ship. Now it's a 8 moth wait?? Not the best system?? Meaning they no longer stock hat bodies ready to ship. Please update your system so everyone can enjoy the quality of Winchester hats!

Want to visit but with their strange business hours it's impossible unfortunately. Wish they where open like 8-5 or something like that.

Very friendly personnel and helpful. It appears they fill a role that has long since been moved to overseas factories. I applaud this facility for there commitment to the community. Keep up the good work.
