    I love the quality of Winchester Hats. I just wish they would change back to their older system of ready made hat bodies that are ready to ship. Now it's a 8 moth wait?? Not the best system??     Want to visit but with their strange business hours it's impossible unfortunately. Wish they where open like 8-5 or something like that.

    Very friendly personnel and helpful. It appears they fill a role that has long since been moved to overseas factories. I applaud this facility for there commitment to the community. Keep up the good work.
