Read a lot of reviews on this page that said to talk to Kyle Reid, so when i was interested in a car I called and set up an appointment with him that same afternoon. He was great to work with, was very transparent! I felt good about buying the car i ended up buying from him!

Sister's car (Ford Escape) had an oil leak on engine. Was told it could cost as much as $3000 if it was the head gasket, because of the labor. Took 1 1/2 days to repair and was only a valve cover gasket. Cost was less than $900. Happy with the work.

This was my 1st experience in buying from a dealership & Russell Barnett WOWWED me!! My salesman, Kyle Reid, & each person I worked with, were absolutely AWESOME! Never felt pressured, always received quick responses to my MANY questions, extremely patient with my indecision & went above & beyond to accommodate my work schedule & my 1 hr drive to their location. I didn't just buy an AWESOME vehicle, I feel I gained new family members! THANK YOU all for providing such exceptional customer service! That is a rarity these days. They've always done a great job of servicing my vehicles and I've never had any issues post service and the cost has been reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is whenever I call to schedule a visit they work to fit me into their schedule.

Yesterday I had tried to buy a truck off a trade in. The sales manager says he cant sell it to me yesterday because it hasn't been through service yet, and to call back this morning. Low and behold I call this morning and someone else tells me that a guy that works there bought it, or is trying to get financed. Just a bad business model if you ask me to tell someone to do something but then sell it out from under them. Oh I am a cash buyer too, no financing needed.

Kyle Reid was amazing! He made the experience of buying a car a breeze. Especially for a young person who had never done this on their own before. He was always available for questions and concerns at any time. Truly one of the best salesmen I have ever met and will refer anyone and everyone that needs a car to go meet with him. 1000/10 service.
