Bunch of shady MF'S took a tractor hood there 2 years ago to get repaired and It was thrown away the individual that previously owned the business has paid me 300$ towards the 1200 he owes.

Cumberland Mountain CollIsion we used there business for repair on our 2023 Armada. They went out of there way to get us in and repair the vehicle in a timely manner. When we got our vehicle back, it was in excellent condition. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great bunch of people, from the front office to the repair shop.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Received a quote to paint a bumper with a timeline of 2 days. We received no communication from the company unless we called for updates upon which we were always told " we're starting on it today it will be ready by tomorrow " . A week later after telling them we were coming to pick it up thw next day because we couldn't go without a vehicle any longer they finally complete it. We were informed we would have to have exact change to pay for the vehicle or be charged a 3% fee for using card. Upon arriving to pick the vehicle up we were told it was an additional $100 because they had to prime the bumper. When we were given the estimate they looked at the car and saw it was a new black bumper on a white car. The bumper was to be painted white. Of course you have to prime the bumper. Several times when we called for updates we were given info on the wrong vehicle. If there was a reason for a price increase it should have been communicated before the work was completed. Absolutely would not recommend this place with the new owners. From what I understand the previous owners were great and their work is the ones featured in magazines not the new owners that have taken over in the last year or so.Service: Painting

Repair took nearly five months to complete due to their lack of not caring. Picked car up had to ask for a receipt and then was told about an extra $200 charge. This company took forever to order parts and when I say forever I mean FIVE MONTHS. Then upon picking up my car was then told about all the stuff they could not fix and that I then needed to take it to another place. Super frustrating and total lack of no care on this companies part..will not do business here ever againServices: Steering & suspension repair
