“We pulled into Russell Barnett shortly after a quick call to the service department on a Tuesday morning shortly after they opened with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was overheating. We were out of towners from South Louisiana on vacation. The professional and knowledgeable service dept took us right in and repaired the vehicle and we were on our way in 2 hrs with a bill that we thought was fair.
