Had a breakdown in the long stretch between Nashville and Memphis and Josh and Zack gave me a ride to NAPA to get the part to get me back on the road. Great guys, makes my feel good about people!

I went there today to get gas for my lawn mower ($4.50) these MF told me NO due to fuel shortage. Told me I wasn’t a priority. I looked them straight in their eyes and told them they are higher priced then the 3 other stations at their door and have no problem taking my money for me to mow my lawn. FYI safety for my kids as I have 2 creeks on my land and have a high cottonmouth snake

I was traveling from Oklahoma to Virginia and had a blow out on the highway. I called the first emergency/after hours number that I came across on google. What a blessing! Zack came to my aid within minutes. He removed my tire and rim, straightened out my rim, replaced my tire stem and had me fixed in a short time. Thank you Zack...at 13781 get 641s.

Yeah they're usually friendly. I had a malfunction at the pump. I am a delivery driver and I pump gas every single day at all sorts of gas stations. I have been doing that for 6 years. Refusal to acknowledge a problem that could potentially cost me $85 when I can't even hold that much gas and the pump was malfunction because you are old and set in your ways is very annoying. Also making me look up the number for shell by myself on my new gadgets is annoying too because I know you have a number I can call. I normally would not say this sort of thing but this gas station is full of idiots.
