STOP!!!!! Whatever you're looking for in an independent auto service garage look no further. Your search is over. After paying nearly $100.00 at a local garage for an oil change, YES $100.00 I was absolutely appalled. I had other more expensive issues with my car and was looking for a reputable place nearby in Fullerton to establish a reliable affordable relationship with. Yelp didn't not disappoint (except that other place) I found Pop and Sons and man I'm glad I did. I was calling other garages to get quotes on the work I needed I didn't get the information soon enough. I needed a place that day. When I reached out to P & S I spoke to Cesar one of the sons. He gave me a quote right away and even after I ended the call with him he continued to communicate with me through text. I was so thankful for the continued info I was receiving and the price of the work along with all the great reviews on Yelp I had to go there. I'm so glad I did. The work was done in a timely manner and when I went to pick up my car I was told my total was less than originally quoted. Bonus. At the end of the business transaction Cesar also gave me a printout of the few recalls from Toyota my car needed. Who does that?? I met Pop and both sons and all were so incredibly nice and professional. I'm a huge fan and will definitely be back for all my mechanical work. Thank you Cesar, Pop and other son (I've forgotten their names) If I were you I'd give Cesar a call and get on over there and get your car serviced by Pop and Sons.

Love and trust this place. It's a small family business with minimal staff who do the best work. They are fast, forward and transparent with their pricing and work, and do all they can to help. My axle broke on my car. In hopes they were open I had my car towed there in the early AM. When they arrived they helped as quickly as they could, we're able to move some things around and got me fixed & out the door by 4pm same day. That's not always the case but they saw the emergency and did what they could to help. It's small, so they aren't open late / weekends/ holidays, it's a gamble on if they answer the phone cause they're all working - but they will call you back, they will give you the best price, and they will work with you to help you out. We moved 40min away from Fullerton and this is still the only place I'll take my car.

I have been coming to Pops & Son's for 23 years! I have referred at least 100 people to this shop, I have NEVER had 1 issue with service, repairs, more than Fair pricing. I know the whole family and they treat me like family, I'm NOT Hispanic!!! They will squeeze you in, make special exceptions, I will not take my cars anywhere else... Nothing short of excellent after 23 years...

Pops & Sons is the only place I take my pickup for service and repair. Their commitment to superb customer service is exceptional. I had steering and suspension issues which had been undiagnosed from previous shops, but Joel and team spent the time to completely solve the problems. They are the best!

This place is the absolute best. Long story short - I went to discount tires before coming here and felt like I was getting ripped off so the next day I decided to give these gentleman a call since I seen how good their reviews are, I'm so happy I went with my gut. I took my car in an hour after we spoke, they gave me an estimate an hour later and mind you half of the stuff discount tires placed wasn't needed and the price was WAY cheaper than I was previously quoted. I proceeded and got my car back before 5pm. Being a young lady coming into an auto shop is a bit scary sometimes, but this shop made me feel safe and they weren't taking advantage or money hungry. I 100% would recommend this spot, I will be coming back for any of my auto needs! THANK YOU!

These guys are the best! Very friendly people who genuinely want to help you get your car fixed. I was provided with a bandaid option to save money or a full fix for more money. Honestly, I'm glad they were upfront with all my options and didn't just give me a big number. They also honored the quoted price. I recommend them to anyone. Diagnosis your car with them at the very least, I'm confident they will earn your trust and business.

I have never been to such a kind and honest auto repair shop. EVER!!!! Either the brothers or dad. They all make you feel welcomed and clearly explain the process. Their prices are fair and totally worth it. I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else. Ben and his family rock!!!!

2015 Lexus GS f sport. Every Lexus f sport owner knows about the brake noise. Ben and Joel fixed it. $760 or so for posi brakes and rotors. Better than 2800 what dealer charges. Finally found my mechanic in the area.

I needed a quick engine service. I was referred to these guys and heard good stuff about them. Everything was true. These guys are knowledgeable about what they do. On top of that, they explained everything in detail. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything shady. They also ended up squeezing me in for an oil change. Going to an auto shop could be such a drag. I totally did not feel like that with them!

My SUV needed new brake pads and rotors to be replaced. I bought the parts and brought my SUV in. Joel took my SUV right away. The service to replace all four rotors and brake pads took a less than two hours. Joel even went as far to show me how my worn down my old brakes and my old rotors. I highly recommend this place. Honest mechanic, fair pricing, very knowledgable and very friendly. I'll definitely will be coming back if I ever need anything done on my vehicle!
