We are one of several mailboxes in a row. New carrier never attempts to deliver any packages just stacks them on the mailboxes in the rain. If they need a signature they make no attempt to deliver; just throw the slip in the box.

The mail carriers don’t even get out of the car and knock on the door for packages that require a signature. No hazzards or animals to worry about so no excuse. Delivers packages to the neighbors etc. It’s a constant trip to drive to the post office to pick up packages. Any excuse will do for these folks!

Delivery? Packages? What? “You want your packages delivered?” We don’t do that anymore. You need to use FedEx or UPS if you want packages delivered.
With the primary route one carrier out on leave for illness, no one else is willing to work. Evidently they want a paycheck without earning it.
And too, it appears that they don’t have a Postmaster, or else this wouldn’t be tolerated. Maybe they can get another business to use this building?

These people never give us our packages and lie about why it “can’t be delivered”. Then it’s an act of god to get the package from the office, and that’s IF they haven’t sent it back already. Something needs to be done

I wouldn’t leave a 1 star if I didn’t have to. This is the worst post office EVER! Everyone that works in there is so rude! Laughs in your face for not having a pink slip but yet can show an email that shows your package is there and refuses to give it to you.

They love to use every excuse to not deliver your packages. This postal boss they have is the worst. We use to have great service. If you notice the reviews from 4 years or longer are good. The last 2 years awful.

Ordered a Christmas present for my son and the seller just stuck a label on it didn't put it in a secondary box/bag. It got delivered today. Its pouring rain down and the delivery person left it by the gate and itgot soaking wet! The box was part of the "toy" as it was supposed to been a robot factory and it all went together. Very disappointed. They should have bagged it or atleast sent it back to office to be picked up (as they've done before for stupid reasons!!) Can't even call to let them know they won't answer the phone!

Indescribably lazy in the office and, if you can believe it, lazier/more stupid in the field. Mail carrier left my package (box was small enough to fit in my mailbox) in my driveway, in the rain. Needless to say, I'm glad I purchased a warranty on the item because it was an electronic component. I ,sincerely, praise USPS for employing people with special needs, I just wish they would partner them with someone whom had half a brain.
