This Company is Amazing and true heroes. My family and I we where driving for the holidays,when my daughter’s car broke down for second time after being fix by another Mobile mechanic.Mitch and Timmy came to our rescue on one of the most dangerous place to have your car broke down the interstate of Mounteagle my wife found them and call this company Shell’s Towing and Recovery they towed my daughter’s car to another shop to get it fix but unfortunately this shop can not do the work for policies of the tire shop business but they also where willing to help they referred Mitch. We cal him back and once again he send Timmy to get my car and got it fixed the right way. I feel they were send by God to our rescue we have to leave my daughter’s car behind to get it fix. On our way back Mitch got it fixed an affordable for us after being paid to another Mechanic that didn’t fixed correctly. I truly recommend this company Mitch and Timmy are great people and what a blessing that in this world still is people that you can trust and they will do great things for who they are great servers of their town and community. Thank Mitch once again and I will remember your help for ever.

Mitch is the one to call!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Knew what he was doing with the assistance I needed, friendly, fast response time, and out of 5 companies that I called he was the only one that was willing to come assist. This company has my business for life!!!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up and a little tow!!

Went to the local sheriff's auction and called this company after seeing their advertisement on the local Facebook pages. They had a driver out to me within a 1/2 hour and he was really nice and helped me get 2 vehicles that I purchase back to my house in a reasonable amount of time. Heavy set guy I wish I remembered his name but down to earth guy with great customer service!Service: Car towing

I got stuck in a Uhaul truck last night aside of a driveway on signal mountain. The first company showed up with a roll back truck and walked away from the job. They said they wanted a smaller snatch truck but they didn't want to take the job. Mitch showed up 1 hour later (exactly when he said he could get there). He had a bigger roll back truck and worked it out with ease. Then he backed the truck up to the house for us and helped us move the other vehicles around. Mitch is a stand up guy, very skilled and passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.Service: Special vehicle towing

Mitch was very sweet and was able to arrive promptly where our car had a flat tire on the highway. They towed us to a Walmart and got us a new tire even when the shop was closed and got us out as quick as possible. Very considerate and helpful man!Service: Car towing

My car slid off the road when things suddenly iced and Mitch from Shell's Towing was able to get my car out of a pretty tough spot fairly quick and got my family to a safe spot. Will definitely call Shell's Towing if I'm in need!

I was broke down on the interstate and called Shell towing. I was about 70 miles away from them and they came picked up my vehicle and brought it home for me in a timely manner. Very professional and at a great rate ! They let me know there whereabouts when it came to pickup and dropping the vehicle off . Highly recommend this company !Service: Car towing
