“Many of the reviews are referring to the USPS in general not the employees who work in this town. Sorry but if your product was sent to the wrong address completely out of state, thats not these guys faults. They didn't take your product and say, "Nope not delivering this, send it somewhere else." With that being said, I buy stuff from Amazon a LOT and only one time did they request i pick it up. That was when I bought a microwave and a ton of other heavy products that would have required multiple drop offs and it was a completely understandable request. They would still deliver it but they said if I wanted it all today i needed to pick it up. Keep in mind, I ordered well over a dozen packages, many were heavy. With that being said, they have always delivered on time and were considerate enough to place my box between my screen door and door or in my mailbox to prevent them being out in the open. They would even often take their time to knock on my door which says a lot considering in Cookeville sometimes they would leave the box out in the rain. These good people never did that. One time they got a product that was damaged and they took time out of their day to put a sticky note on it saying, "We received this product damaged." letting me know the box came in damaged and it wasn't their doing. They definitely were telling the truth because the product itself wasn't screwed on properly. (It was a cleaning agent.) What's more, there is someone who worked there years and he has always been kind and enjoyable to talk to, I forget his name. He's a good dude and took time out of his day to let me know I was putting in the wrong address and clarified what address was correct when I first moved in. So far after a year, I have not one complaint.*I add this to all my reviews, please give it a like if you feel my review is helpful! It helps!*”
