Jack is awesome! Replaced my tire at a quarter of the cost I could have gotten it done at home. Speedy, nice staff, and efficient. If you're having car trouble, hit up Jack's. They'll take care of you for sure.

I had a custom exhaust installed on my 2021 Tundra at Jack’s back in April of 2022 and it has held up perfectly. They also did the exhaust on my first car and both times I have said I cannot say enough good things about this place! Employees were very friendly too.

I found Jack and crew to be competent, honest, flexible, and friendly.Jack had big shoes to fill when he took over Joyner's Repair Shop.My car is rolling better than ever now after today's repairs.I've used him once before and had good results then, too.Jack's is as good as Joyner's was.He was also nice enough to carry me home from the shop and pick me up when work was done, both times.Personalized service like that is really appreciated.If you live near Whiteville, you should consider taking your car/truck to him when you need repairs.He'll really appreciate your business and you'll be a satisfied customerServices: Steering & suspension repair

Called twice requesting information for some mechanical work for my vehicle. Each time was told that I would receive a call back shortly with estimate or additional information. Never received a call either time (going on 3-4 weeks now). If a business fails to return simple calls , that’s always a good sign to avoid the business going forward.Edit to response: I left the review after I contacted you all a month ago, not a week ago heading into a holiday like you say. And I am not looking to have a quote based on what someone else has said, I just am looking for a tune up on my car!! LOL I need water pump, plugs , belt replaced, I have the parts, did not think it would be this difficult to have a quote given as I work out of town through the week so can not stop into your shop.
