While dog- sitting, we had to take our sister's berniedoodle in for a rash on his belly. They squeezed us in with little notice. Excellent staff and service.

I would NOT take any animal to this Vet practice, you will put them in danger. This place used to be wonderful but since Dr. Mellon has retired it has gotten absolutely horrible. A very rude, ignorant Vet that I had before told me my Golden Retriever most likely had a Mast Cell Tumor and to give him 8 Benadryl's a day for 14 days.-this was so so could sample. She told me this without even getting it biopsy. I had this vet before and she is rude, she doesn't engage with the dogs and acts like she doesn't even like dogs.
On top of this I had to wait 1.5 hour for my appointment and this wasn't the first time I had to wait a long time.
Thankfully, I went to Dandridge Animal Hospital and they are wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my dog. My dog did NOT have a mast cell tumor and he is going to fine.

I love White Pine Vet and Dr Megan and all Dr's and staff there. They are always kind and treat my dog, Buttercup with care. If something comes up with her, they fit us in ASAP. Highly recommend ❤️?

We had a recommendation from a friend to take our pet here. I am so glad we did. The staff treated our pet and us so well. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Dr. Megan Huling was so kind to us and was so gentle while examining and giving our pet vaccines. I was informed on everything throughout the visit. I am in the medical field (not veterinary) and have very high standards and expectations. My expectations were well exceeded, and I appreciate Dr. Huling and all the staff. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely, amazing the lovely young lady at the front desk working her a__ off doing 10 different jobs at once still had a smile and was extremely helpful to me and my best friend Lucy. The doctor she is the best doctor I have ever met, she takes her time and explains everything in my language. People you would be a fool not to take your pets to white pine veterinary

My dog got attacked by another dog and her eye was out of socket, and she was bleeding a lot. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened and I explained the situation, they said that they dont take new patients and that the vet couldn’t come in. So we left and drove to Dandrige animal hospital, we arrived their before they opened aswell but they atleast called the vet to come in and look at her. When the vet got their she stabilized her and then my dog had to get surgery. So in my opinion even though its a long drive, and a little more expensive go to dandridge animal hospital instead.

The front desk staff and vet techs are amazing. Now that Dr.Melon has retired there is no reason to continue there though as she was the only Dr who was kind,compassionate and knowledgeable. Brittney Harris specifically has no bedside manner or compassion in my opinion she shouldnt be in this line of work. Bad people dont bring thier dogs to the vet at all, they way we were treated by her was as if we did something or didnt want the best for our dog.

One of the best veterinary practices we've found. We bring our 6 dogs and cats here whenever their services are needed. Great people who take great care of our animals. Highly recommend.
