“Well, I don't know anything about these other reviews, all of these one-star reviews, but our experience went very well! We are from out of the area, but they were very explanatory and attentive to our needs, and gave us good direction and took care of our concerns. Hey, imagine if you didn't have the post office? You take it for granted, until they're not there, then what? Above everything else, the facility was spotlessly clean! Nothing to complain about here in my opinion!”

“I run an online business and fill the counter with my packages at least 3 times a week. Never EVER had a problem. Yeah, the hours aren't great, but it beats driving to Newport or Morristown everyday and since they open at 7:30 it's super convenient to not have to wait until later like most other post office's.”
“I saw all the negative reviews. I have been to this post office 3 times a week for the last three months. Many times I was the only customer there! I am greeted when I walk in. If the clerks are in the back, I tap the bell {one time} and the clerk comes out. Usually people only go on and post reviews when they are having a bad day and some little thing goes wrong. I am very happy with the service at this post office.”
