My Mother ordered a large unassembled piece of furniture that we close to pick up from them at their White Pine facility. They aren’t really set up for individuals, mostly just commercial freight but I was assisted in where to go and the gentlemen in their dispatch office were very friendly and helpful. Definitely felt out of place, but it was not a bad experience at all. Thanks to the staff for their help as I was completely lost in the commercial environment.
