“I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Prius from Rusty Wallace Toyota, and I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I cannot put into words how impressed I was with this dealership! From my very first phone call, to driving away in my new car, I was beyond pleased! I worked with both Nate and Nick, and they are outstanding. The entire process was so easy and, most importantly, honest. They were straight to the point about everything relating to the price of the car. They both worked together to answer all of my questions, and kept me up to date while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. They were also able to match my trade-in offer that I received from another dealership, which was a huge plus for me. The financing department is also not pushy at all. They present all of the coverages, insurance, warranties, etc. and then let you decide which option(s) best suits you. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!!”

“Very friendly and helpful. I stopped at the start of the snow storm for wiper blades, and the lady even offered to put them on for me. I chuckled and told her I thought it could wait.”

“AC wasn't working for me. Called around and everyone told me it'd be about an hour and 75$ to diagnose the car. That means to recharge it and put dye in it. Additional time and money would then be spent searching for a leak and fixing it.Well, I was starting to get nervous bc I had a long trip ahead and couldn't spend all day running tests that may be inconclusive. Then I called this place and they offered to take a quick look at it.The honest people who work here only took only a few minutes with the vehicle to let me know what's wrong and only charged me 20$ for their services. They were even gonna put dye in it and recharge it for the trip, that way, I could make it home, and by that time, I'd know if there was a leak - see, they weren't trying to keep me if I could still make it home safe and on time. Sure enough, I just am not used to southern heat and should just stick to recirculating the air in my car. They didn't belittle me about it, either.Definitely recommend if you're looking for fast, affordable, and genuine service.”

“I've waited a while to write this, halfway not knowing what to say. I drive a custom 4x4 van that is getting a second life. It's got well over 350k miles on it and lots of things are worn completely out. The four wheel drive van market is bananas like a lot of other things and it makes better sense to fix this one than to go get a newer one.In 1997 Advanced Four Wheel drive systems in Salt lake City built a custom tube Dana 44 and installed it under that e350 I own. There are no part numbers online, no standard drawings, and if you try to look it up it basically does not exist. This causes me issues when I try to get it worked on. I have been told flatly to get it out of shops before because they did not want the hassle of dealing with it. The steering and braking systems are layered 150 and 350 stuff with both f series truck parts and e series van parts. Well. Those axle shafts were worn completely out.I don't live here. I live in Louisiana and was working in Morristown TN. The axle shafts failed during the recent snow event. That was a bummer because the van had left a reputable shop in Missouri that was supposed to have done a lot of work to the bearings and races in the axles. It did get a new rear differential, new springs, new driveshaft, and other new parts. Some of this was not done ...well ... correctly I guess. All of that has been corrected now.I did not know Mike or Corey over at Red Scorpion at all and had nothing more than the Google machine to guide me to them. I figured if they work on Jeeps then they would be the best choice to work on a custom Dana 44. As far as I understand Jeep has used millions of those axles. That was a fantastic decision. I knew going into this that nothing was going to be fast or cheap. That's just how that works. Mike and Corey worked with the OEM in Salt Lake and the original machine shop to manufacture new axles. This is not something that is on the shelf. Just to make it clear the vans are wider than the F series trucks. About an inch. That's a lot in an axle shaft. Thankfully the OEM had a physical file in a cabinet on that axle shaft.I had quite a few other things done with them such as ABS sensors - that no one knew what was. Maybe it's a truck maybe it's a van. New brakes - same thing is it a truck or a van lol. Mike and Corey knew. They got everything back together and back to me and everything works as it should. I honestly can't say enough good things about what they did for me. To be stranded 1050 miles from home with a fairly complicated repair just isn't something I look forward to. Most shops would have told me to take it somewhere else. I've had it happen. I know this. I'm so happy they took the time and effort to get this right. Oh and I got the cool kid shocks too. Those look great. That wasn't a straightforward process either. As to "right". I was looking over the bill of the other shop and saw what they said they did. Red Scorpion did what they said they did and they did it right. They provided a build sheet with all part numbers for all bearings and races. They provided me with Spicer and Dana numbers for the axles that were replaced. That alone was worth the stop. That's kinda a big deal. At least it was to me.Would I use them again? Yes. To be a matter of fact I'm going to bring them my custom 1982 Chevy 3+3 with 5.9 Cummins this winter to sort the rest of the way out. Yes. I'm going to bring my four wheel truck a thousand miles to that shop so I know it's done right. If I lived anywhere close to here I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If I owned a Dana 44 and I was in the state of Tennessee I would use them. Period. My only regret was not making myself get the Detroit locker for the rear while it was in there. I'm not a wealthy guy so I'm going to have to wait on that.Mike, Corey and the rest of y'all at Red Scorpion I sincerely thank you. I really appreciate what you guys did for me and I look forward to bringing that Frankenstein Square b”

“Jamie and his crew are top notch. By far the best in East Tennessee and beyond. Jamie was able to transform a few flaws on my sons Lexus to looking factory new. I had no idea dents and scratches in paint could vanish without painting the whole panel and a deep scratch in the dash leather could disappear. These guys work magic. Do not take your car anywhere else. Jamie is knowledgeable in all car brands and respects your investment. Thank you Jamie!”

“Extremely helpful staff. Have been combing the big box stores and every hardware store I could find in search of a particular bolt. I had become convinced I’d have to go to the internet and deal with some company half way around the world.A friend suggested NAPA. I’ll admit I wouldn’t have thought of NAPA for this kind of specialty in a million years. I walked in and in 5 minutes I had the bolt and three spares in my hand; along with some great advice from the parts staff. So long big box stores.”
