This Walgreens is described as a really busy drug store. The pharmacy staff works really hard and is typically kind, nice, and more than willing to help customers. Technicians are often timely when helping with prescriptions. The photo center staff have also always been very nice, calm, easy to work with, patient, and attentive. However, a significant issue is with the pharmacy phone line. There is always at least a 20 minute hold to get through on the phone any day and any time, which is very irritating. The robot voice machine also glitches consistently. While the insurance industry has made the pharmacy industry challenging, the staff themselves are generally seen as helpful and a joy.
A call of thanks to the pharmacist wasn't enough. They are always nice and kind to me. The staff works really hard and is more than willing to help the customers. Today a tech, Catilyn, was extremely helpful and such a joy, thank you again. Btw, sorry if I misspelled your name.
