I was distraught stranded on Dickerson Pike on the actual road at a high traffic spot near the interstate exit and the entrance to TriStar Medical Hospital. David at Bale's Towing showed up quickly and was very helpful. I really appreciate David and this company!”
“I took my wife's Kia here that had close to 10k of hail damage to it. I heard great things about this bodyshop so I decided to bring it in and get it repaired. I am giving Ridgetop 5 stars because when I got home I noticed my sunroof did not work and a couple of hail damaged spots were over looked. I called James and he told me to bring the car back. We walked around the car and relooked at the car together. He then said to leave the car and he would have it repaired and ready for me the next day. This is why the 5 stars. We all makes mistakes or over look things BUT how fast does the service repair center make it right and get right to it. James did this for us. From what I can tell if their is something over looked or a mistake made James stands by his word and makes it right quickly. The job they did turned out really well and I can not tell my car has been repaired and had some paint work done. I waited a few weeks to post my review because I wanted to make sure I did not see or notice any other things wrong. All is good, Job well done!”

I don't like rude, but I understand the situation was very frustrating not only to you but for me to, so I hope you understand that... but thank you for keeping her van and not charging her since you didn't let me finish saying what I was. You can thank David's garage for not answering their phone for a week straight... I was told that's where the van was going.... but thank you for being understanding and keeping her van...To JOSH the tow truck driver, thank you for being nice and apologetic and cool headed and understanding. I really appreciate it and your hard work from the first time I met you... and the LADY I talked to. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but thank you for being polite and nice as well, but overall, I would recommend these people they are very understanding and great people and if anyone ever needs a tow I highly recommend JOSH”
“Broke down in the night was thunderstorm I called about midnight Mr Raj answer right away he came very quick I had to replace a part from Volvo he bought the part showed up on n the morning fix my truck price was vey decent you cannot beat his prices but ver the road the service was excellent Thankyou Mr Raj god bless you.”
