They overcharge on prescriptions and mess up the insurance all the time. The last five times they didn't use my insurance and then wanted to argue. They are the rudest people I ever det with. When I asked to talk with the Pharmacist, he told me to go get my medicine somewhere else. When I asked, why not just fix the problem, he hung up the phone and walked away. The lady at the counter was so embarrassed.

I have always had problems with this pharmacy on getting medication because they tell me they have to order it will be in a few days. Then wait for a week and don’t have meds for 3 days when I was calling every day.

My husband needed a prescription that was actually already filled in Gallatin but called to see if he could possibly get it here in White House and they were super helpful and got it filled in less than an hour and helped him get his prescriptions moved over to the White House store. We called Gallatin Kroger Marketplace store to see if they could help us and they never answer their telephone. When we picked up the prescription the tech was super friendly and helpful ! Thanks!

Always a friendly helpful staff. I have terminal cancer & I'm required to take several medications & I couldn't ask for a better customer service! Thanks Kroger Staff for being compassionate!!!!!

Very nice pharmacy! Since I have epilepsy I have to stay on top of my medications and no matter which Kroger location I have to use they are always very helpful especially if my regular Pharmacy maybe out of something. They're always nice and knowledgeable about my medications and I appreciate your help God bless you guys!
