My husband's and my car broke down two days after moving to Nashville and we had it towed to several different places before bringing it here. Mr. Transmission wanted to charge us double for LABOR ALONE and didn't even really know the issue, only that it wasn't an electrical issue. Jimmy Upchurch Transmission had our car for just under a week and we paid half of what we would have paid at Mr. Transmission for both parts and labor! We are so relieved and grateful! Definitely check this place out for your transmission related issues!

Great service. Quick appt time. Nice guys. I had been told by another shop that I needed a front brake job. It seemed soon and I got a second opinion here. They checked. I did not need the brake job. After checking, they we're able to for in my oil change. Nice!

Tried to rip me off on putting 3 seals in a transmission. Was gonna charge me 3 times what other places were. Glad I cought it before the work was done. Shady business practices. Wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.

6 months +/- after service and still going strong, I wanted to wait until I had driven it awhile before reviewing. I had a 1995 f150, they completely rebuilt the transmission for a fair price and completed in the timeframe quoted. Called with updates and with anything that would alter prices to confirm that I was ok with it. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My truck broke down on my family and I coming home from picking up my son in Ethridge,TN. It happened on a sunday. The next day Jeremy told me to bring it to him. That was at 9:30am I cant remember the guys name that fixed it but because of him and Jeremy my truck was fixed and we were back on our was home by noon. These guys are great, friendly, and honest people.
