White House Pharmacy has been such a blessing to me! They work with my doctor to get my migraine medication to me and have even delivered it to my door. I highly recommend WHP

From Jeanie & Scott Sircy. We moved ALL our prescription needs to White House Pharmacy. If you too are tired of hearing a robot telling you to press #2 twelve times in order to speak to someone, followed by a recording saying, “please hold, there are 26 people ahead of you” White House Pharmacy will be just what you need. It was quite hard for us to believe that small establishments like this still existed. No matter how busy or chaotic things are, they always handle our requests and questions as if we were the only ones in need of help. We’ve had the pleasure so far in dealing with Linda and Tina and they always not only help us with any needs we have, but are always so very very, patient and kind.

Today I was reminded how much I love White House Pharmacy. The personal service, accuracy, speed of filling prescriptions, and proactiveness is something you just won’t find at a big box store. I’m so thankful they are part of our community.

The staff here are nice, but operations are chaotic. Often they don’t have our prescriptions when we show up for one reason or another. When we’re out of refills they don’t inform us until we show up. When they’re out of the medication they don’t inform us until we show up. The online refill portal doesn’t always work and you don’t find out until you show up and need your medicine. A little communication goes a long way. There have been several times we’ve gone without medication simply because the pharmacy didn’t communicate with us. We’ve also set up auto refills several times, but it doesn’t work because we show up and it isn’t ready. This place is fine if you’re superbly on top of your prescriptions. If you live a busy life and enjoy great customer service, it isn’t for you.

Edit as of 08/11/22:My previous review still stands! Love this pharmacy & staff!Fantastic staff and very caring. If you're a regular customer they actually remember who you are! I pick up for my mother sometimes & they even remember me & will ALWAYS ask how my mom is doing, even before I tell them who I'm picking up for! If you want to be more than just a number, ("What's your birth date?"), this is the place to go!!! This is the way a "home town pharmacy" is supposed to work....and if you're too young to remember how "home town pharmacies" used to work, then switch your medication to this place, and you'll be pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased!

I just moved here 6 months ago, having lived in Indiana/Kentucky my full 48 years of life. I had an awesome "mom and pop" pharmacy at home and figured I would have challenges upon getting here. I did, at first, but only due to a issue with the doctor. These folks treat me with respect and I have never had a bad experience. My husband often picks up my meds and says the exact same thing. Please know: I do not EVER leave reviews but had to for this place!
