They are openly talking about politics at this location. I think it’s bad business to talk about any kind of politics out loud no matter your political stance. Not only that but he said a derogatory comment about indigenous people and I quote “one little, two little, three little Indians “. He then continued talking about how much he hates being in White House, that he’s going to move back to Johnson city when he can because he won’t live in a city with a Starbucks. Please take your hatful and backward thinking self back to where ever you’d like. I can’t believe that Firestone would allow these kind of conversations to go on within ear shot of customers. What a shame. Picture of the person attached. Oh and he just said “ the mask wearing freaks” during Covid…. he called his wife crazy twice…. he talked about deporting immigrants laughing, man this guy is a real gem… good thing it seems they are finishing up my car so I don’t have to continued to listen to his unsolicited opinions while waiting for my vehicle.
The other people were all great tho! Especially who I think is the manager, very nice gentlemen.

Typically, I have a good review about this Firestone. Good service, good prices, always has my car ready in good timing. A month go I had an oil Change done. Maybe two weeks later my mom told me she noticed an oil leak. The next day I see this huge puddle of oil guzzling from my car. Went to have it looked at, from what I can gather a hose wasn’t closed all the way or something like that. Could’ve been way worse, thank God it wasn’t. Just want it to be made aware so it doesn’t happen again. Picture shown below of the stain that is left.

Had a 10:00 appointment. It’s now 11:30 and my truck has not moved. No apology from anyone. Why even make an appointment if you are not going to adhere to it. I fully understand 15 or even 30 minutes but an hour and a half is ridiculous. Update 2:30 and now my truck was put on a lift and not touched for 30 more minutes. No one here apparently cares

They don’t do what you request of them, the techs don’t read and follow the work orders given to them and don’t even attempt to wipe up the greasy residue they get all over your rims and tires they use to install the tires on the rims. Now I know I’ll get the standard response from them like all the rest of the reviews but enough with the sorry this happened to you crap and just fix it.

Took my dodge grand caravan in to get the back brakes and rotors replaced as well as remove whatever was rattling in there. They found the problem, fixed it and didn’t even charge me. My rotors and brakes were still good so no need for a change. They were all very professional and kind. I got a giggle watching those two men trying to find the rattle noise. They didn’t give up until they did though. Definitely recommend!

Took my car to have the tires rotated and balanced, I marked my front tires with white out, they only swapped the tires on the drivers side, then argued with me, won't go back

Submitted an appointment online for transmission fluid flush and fill, wheel balancing, and rotation. About an hour later I received an email confirming my appointment and services. I arrived for my appointment for dropoff and had to find a ride to follow me down. Once I was checking in the front desk said they can't do the transmission fluid flush which they confirmed. Wasted mine and my rides morning.

Booked an appointment online to get 4 new tires. According to the website they 30 tires in stock. Glad I didn't pay in advance, because when I arrived at the store I was told they didn't have any tires for my truck in stock. Total waste of my time. You had 1 shot to get my business, and you failed. Dropped in to Pep Boys and they're throwing a new set of tires on right now.

My vehicle was serviced late on a Saturday I needed something from my tool boxes Sunday morning and found my truck unlocked! I was there before opening so i locked it and went about my business. They never called i had to call them. I asked not to put the sticker on my window tint and they never listen to their customers! They knocked off my deer whistles and left it in the seat instead of putting it back on. The seat was laid way back as to nap? What? And why would you have to recline my seat? Stupid. Never reset oil engine life. Now the ok button to select options not working all a sudden!… today I noticed the cruise control also conveniently not working! I will never use firestone auto Dont care!!!! The more i tell this story, i hear the same from others. Look at my account. I hate the tires they sold me and they cant keep air in one of them. I’m taking lots of photos.
Also one time the dip stick was left out on the engine!!!! Y’all terrible. I’m telling everyone to stay clear !!

Came in this afternoon with a tire on my truck with a broken valve stem. I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer 10 days ago, from El Dorado Arkansas going to Michigan to see my family before I start radiation and chemo in Little Rock in 11 days. They said no charge so I tipped the guys 50 each. I Truly believe God Put Us in that situation for a reason.. Thank You As It is much Appreciated..
