This gym is great. It's not too busy, it has a great selection of machines and free weights, the people are nice, the other members are friendly and the overall atmosphere is great. It's definitely a good choice.

My 1st time going there, I just joined and there was nobody there to help me how to work some of the machines. The place seems real clean and there were some friendly people there. One guy told me he didn't know why there was no staff there at the moment there usually is at that time.

These people will treat you like family. The owner is a phenomenal man. Once you go a few times you’ll meet the regulars all of which are there to help and support. Love this place.
