Chris Whites Extreme Martial Arts After-School & Summer Camp is one of the areas leading martial arts school in White House, TN. We offer classes for kids, teens and adults in krav maga, taekwondo, kickboxing and more! Whether you are looking for a great workout or self-defense skills, our instructors can help you. Our daycare, afterschool program and summer camps are fun alternatives to traditional sports. Its fun atmosphere helps get kids off of the couch and into an activity that can improve their focus in school, confidence and overall self esteem!
