Be sure to take pictures of your rental equipment. They love to find any reason to charge a cleaning fee. Would rather drive to Home Depot.

I’ve been renting equipment from here for decades. No real issues until yesterday. After needing to rent a pressure washer for a couple of hrs and return it same day, my son and realized it wouldn’t start. We drove it back, 45 min, and we were treated very rudely when exchanging it. Then, bc we were both leaving town, we requested extra time to bring it back bc it was their fault, but they were unwilling to accept any fault over their mistake and decided to charge us for another day.
After calling to explain our frustration, we were basically told…too bad.
Very rude and not accommodating a longtime customer at all!! They have officially lost my business moving forward.

Today was my first time at White Bluff Building Supply and WOW!! What a first impression!?????Harold is the sweetest man imaginable! He helped me with equipment rentals, cut a key for me and found the staples I needed. I never felt rushed or like a nuisance, even though they were closing!There was another gentleman and 2 ladies who also helped me, and they were all incredibly kind & helpful as well! It's been a very long time since I left a business with such a big smile on my face! They truly do treat you like family!(They ALL even stopped by my car to make sure I was ok and didn't need anything before they left to go home - I was sitting in the parking lot writing this review!) The entire experience was so amazing & refreshing! I can't wait to go back!

The employees have zero idea what they're talking about. They will sell you anything they can even if it's not what you're looking for. Tried to return an item & was told we could just for them to say that they won't take it since it was used. GO TO ACE OR LOWES!!!

Honestly, you can't find better prices or better people. I live 30+ miles away and even though we have a building supply less than 6 miles away, my local supply has never had anything where white bluff has not let me down at all. I always check around 3 places and nobody has bet these guys prices. At the point I won't even waste my time elsewhere!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. 100% false advertisement. I was given dilapidated falling apart rusted out tables. Chairs covered in paint and missing pieces of plastic that looked like they had been outside in the elements for years. They shorted me on chairs so I didn’t even have what I needed for my event. They didn’t have what I had originally rented either. I couldn’t even use the chafing dishes I rented because I was told the incorrect amount of sternos after asking an employee repeatedly. Do not give these people your money. I’m very disappointed with what they did.
