“I found and had to do business with Synergy Storage by unfortunate circumstances. Our new build is 4 months past contract completion date and our current is closing in a week. I am so wary of using storage facilities for obvious reasons. When I walked in the building (we rented climate control), it was nice, well maintained, no foul smells. The unit had a tab that sealed it. When it was opened, there was a nice little welcome “kit” which included the type of lock needed per their policies. It’s a very secure building. My kids have been locked out with arms full of stuff because they didn’t have the code and I was in the unit… oops.? I have lugged and hauled so much stuff and made many trips from Lyles. I pass another climate control business, but believe our stuff is in the best place. 10/10 recommend. Just wish it was under my circumstances.”
“Very clean, a little pricey, manager is very nice and patient as she showed us several units before we decided to rent. She also is very good at returning phone calls right away I was in a hurry to get a unit so not having to wait for a return call meant alot! Thank you for the time you took with us!”
“10/29/21:It’s my first time to rent a storage unit with Dickson Storage. As I called, they provided me the info I was seeking for, and they were very polite to me over the phone. As I visited the office, Ms Katie was very helpful, as I started from there and on.The storage size that I needed for is located at their newest property, so they do not have Online Payment just yet, and it’s not 24/7 access.. sadly. But I’m happy with where my storage location.10/30/21:I started moving in more of my stuffs, furnitures, etc into my storage unit. And by far, I’m very happy with the services from Dickson Storage.11/06/21:Came here to pay my storage rent plus late fee.Ms. Kate was very negotiable, due to this my First official storage rent started now, and according to the sign I saw on the property where I saw the sign of the late fee costs.
