Was having a hard time finding a replacement part for my Triton boat. These guys had a replacement that was preferable to the original part. Response time to my inquiry was almost immediate, the price was very reasonable and the part was received in two days. Outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. Ranger 519 Commachee 1999They did a beautiful job on repair and gelcoat on the bottom haul, and updated my electronic with rewiring my trailer, highly recommended. Will be bring another Ranger Bass Boat in the near future

The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a boat motor I drove for 2+ hours one way to look at a boat motor with sales staff knowing I was on the way and wanted to see and hear it run as well as a compression test. After two hours they could not find the controls it was advertised as having and came with it they could not even start it to hear it run! They never could find any controls they claimed to be included so they wanted me to pay for new controls and the price did not go down any only up! C&O is the worst for any type of customer service or any knowledge of how to treat customers! I will never do any business with them!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with these yahoo's! CODY DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING! HE CAN NOT MAKE DECISIONS! REFUSES TO CALL BACK.... BUT YET TEXT INSTEAD! THEY CLEARLY DO NOT WANT TO SELL A MOTOR THEY HAVE , THEY TRIED TO UPSELL ME A HARNESS I DO NOT NEED! BUT YET THEY SWORE 10000% I NEEDED IT... WHEN IN FACT I DON'T! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY ONLY WANT TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD TRYING TO BUY A BOAT MOTOR!

I had a horrible experience with these guys. They claimed I needed a new lower end on my Evinrude, and it cost me well over $7k. I was fine with it but it took them over 5 months to get it done. The worst part is once I got it back, the motor doesn’t run. I took it back to them and they claimed it started right up. I drove back again, got it and took it right to the water. It started, but that only lasted about 4 min then died. It wouldn’t start again. I took it upon myself to check lots of things and even replace things that would eliminate any suspicions of other problems. It still wouldn’t start. I purchased a data cable to test what the computer was reading. I took it back to them and they tried to blame it on bad gas and bad spark plugs that I just replaced and a bad fuel filter that I just replaced. They wanted another $800 to do those three things. I told them no, so then they tried to charge me $146 for taking a look at it. Hello, my boat hasn’t ran but about 5 min since I got it back. I refused and will not be going back ever. I suggest anyone reading this, save your time and money and find a different place. Not only do I now have a non-running boat, I found lots of broken and missing things inside the motor. Zip ties holding parts together that I know these mechanics broke since they are the ONLY ones who have ever worked on it. They of course claim it wasn’t them.Boat owners beware.

Carol helped me with finding my wiring diagram for my 97 Stratos after I sent her an email. I found her post on a forum group where she said she has the diagrams. Here’s the kicker….that post was from 2011! Thanks again!

I gave a 1 because that's only way u can leave a comment, Don't buy here these people are crooks ,they flat out lie to u ,we drove for 3 hours to look at a certain boat with check in hand ,and everything they told us was a lie ,and it had mechanical issues that they also lied about but they were willing to to give us used parts so we can take to our local deal for repairs that we would be paying out of pocket for.
