Storage is nice and well lit and you have 24 hours access. Was cheaper than other comparable storage in the same area. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is they need a bathroom or porta potty on property instead of having to leave to use the bathroom. My interaction with staff on the phone and via text was pleasant and they were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend if storage was needed.

Kelley was very helpful and accommodating ar BC Storage in White Bluff, TN. I had no issues with my unit. This facility is secure and clean, so I would recommend BC Storage to my family and friends!

Well watched Storage units. Over the course of 3yrs my unit was not properly closed twice.Was caught by BC storage within a day both times, and was notified Immediately

Kelley made getting signed up and unloaded one of the easiest processes ever. Truly grateful for how helpful and kind she was. The facility is very clean, and Kelley’s customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are very good at responding, to my text whenever I have to text them. They take very good care of me, and my property in their stores facility! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a storage unit with this company for about 4 years and have nothing but good things to say. I fell behind quite a few times and they were ALWAYS patient and kind about it. I really appreciated that part the most. Thanks again guys!

BC Storage is by far the cleanest storage facility we have ever used. Customer service is taken seriously by them. The best friendly customer service by far. HIGHLY recommend this company and their services.

By far the best owners/mangers yo work with! We had a very messy move, and I was able to rent several spots to park and storage units with very little notice without issue. As I was able to move in, I could turn in my spots and units without penalty. There are no 6 month contracts. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT FACILITIES!
