I had a package that was out for delivery from 7:36am and it said it was being delivered all day long and when it came to the delivery time it said customer wanted package held at office , which I did not and I couldn’t even go get it because they did it right before they closed:(

If you order something online it's a crapshoot if it actually gets delivered. Twice in the last 5 weeks a package didn't make it to my mailbox. Caught P.O. in an outright lie as to what happened. They claimed one package never made it to their office. Tracking showed it did and they returned it to the sender. Newest one shows it was delivered to the wrong address.

I can understand that the postal workers are over worked and stressed even burnt out.we have asked them repeatedly not to put our packages in our mailbox due to them getting stolen.They said that they will hold them and they dont there excuse is. They have substitute drivers and that they are not responsible for our stolen packages and to call the main 1-800 number that is impossibly hard to get through to an operator " conveniently"the employees in the front desk window are always very sweet.unfortunatly the master general is extremely rude, not really defined as a customer service professional people person. while she has to get off her personal cell call to deal with me the customer..I always feel the need to apologize to her for having to do her job. And if you think you can call over there don't bother they have there phone ringer turned off. It's to bad it's such a small town it shouldn't be that difficult to show some southern hospitality i wish and hope not everyone in town is having such an awful time with our post office. Prey for them.

I really didn't not want to post a review but I failed it at this point people need to be aware of what's going on here in Wayne County!
At this point I don't know why they have not been shut down. My mail is constantly showing up at random people's houses.
Luckily I have a neighbor that knew who I was otherwise I would not have gotten my packages ?.
My favorite part is it's almost like a Easter egg ? hunt looking for my packages!
This has been going on for over 8 years and nobody wants to take the responsibility to correct it. I have filed so many lost package claims that ain't even funny. I don't know if they're on drugs or if they're just hiring the worst kind of people or what? It's always a different excuse, always! And if I hear that excuse well they're human they make mistakes one more time... ? Yes but when are you finally say enough is enough and fire them? Or retrain them? Hold them accountable?

The carrier that delivers to our road continually lies to keep from having to do their job. Refuses to deliver any packages. Why come to work if you aren't going to do your job in the first place. USPS fix the laziness in your ranks!

Tired of mail people shoving packages into my mailbox. Not the first time it’s happened. Stop being lazy and drive up and put it on the porch. I shouldn’t have to struggle to get my package out. Anyone could easily drive by and steal my package while it’s like this
