They were all very kind and beyond helpful. 3 employees helped me. I wish I had gotten their names. One was Garry, one was a really sweet lady and other was a younger man. Highly reccomend.

We recently had an oil line burst while driving through Waynesboro on a Sunday evening. We were within sight of O’Reilly’s and pulled in. Caleb was helpful to inspect the problem and Debbie made calls to local wrecker services and mechanics and quickly checked inventory to verify the store had the replacement part in stock. She gave us hospitality with water, info on the local hotel since we were 1 1/2 hours from home, ATM and food locations. Luckily, the wonderful, local mechanic was able to make the repairs on site. Debbie remained at the store after closing time to make sure we got on the road safely. This level of service is unheard of these days. Small towns are the best! Thank you again, Debbie!

Went in 2 days in a row. Steven and Caleb were extremely helpful. Both gave extremely good customer service.

Decent place to get parts. Only thing is certain employees only wait on certain customers and if a customer comes in they don't like since it's a small town or whatever they pick up a phone or run to the back management is the same way seen it before my very eyes. I find that very childish

Although I've had a few negative experiences with customer service at this establishment; today was MUCH different. I didn't quite catch the man's name, but WOW at the customer service I received today!! Will update when I figure out the employee who helped me so much today..Not only did he direct me to an item suited for my vehicle, but he also saved me approximately ten dollars.. then went out to my car with me and checked my transmission's fluid level, grabbed a funnel, and already had the product I purchased drained in to the transmission!
