Bad customer service. Still hasn't delivered gas ordered 2 weeks ago. Will not answer the phone. I would not recommend at all.

Very difficult to get a delivery. This has been an ongoing problem. Was told a delivery was scheduled "if no issues arise." Seems like the only issue is they just don't want to deliver. I would certainly not recommend this company.

I have called 3 times to request a gas refills the first call was made when we were at 30% like is recommended on their website. We are now down to 10% with no sign of our gas refill and a cold front coming in. This is not the first time we have had this problem with this company and it is very clear that they do not care about their customers.

We used another company for two years.. over that span of time we kept saying there must be a leak because of how quickly we were running out of propane. Three times this other company checked our tank for us and said there was no sign of leakage. Finally we decided to try a different company.. this is when we meet Josh with UPG. Without even saying anything about a leak, he comes to fill our tank and immediately says that he can’t do so because we had pieces that needed to be replaced and that gas was coming out in those spots really well. I can’t even explain how thankful I was in that moment that someone finally recognized that we had a serious problem and something needed to be done about it. This was on Wednesday, and he was back Thursday morning with the parts needed to fix it. He hooked us right up and then filled our propane tank giving us the peace of mind that finally we wouldn’t be wasting money this go round. I am extremely thankful for him and even Sonya who had worked so hard (in office) to help get us serviced. Can’t give these two folks enough credit! Thank you, Josh for everything you did today! UPG is lucky to have workers like you and so are we!

Had a great experience with Natchez Trace Propane. Josh and Kevin were great! Josh was very helpful working with the placement of the tank and getting everything set up. Kevin was very friendly and went above and beyond making sure my gas was hooked up correctly and everything was safe to use. Because of him my family feels much safer when we lay down at night!
