Now hear me out,
I've never had Casey's before but I recently moved to town and stopped by.
I'm not joking when I tell you, the bar deli sandwiches and customer service in this place beats the competition for a long shot.
It may not look like much but I will never pass up a chance to grab the BBQ wrap.
Y'all gotta stop by and check these folks out.
I'm impressed. ??

Love the fact that when so many other business are closed in are small town Waverly Tennessee.... Casey's not you your there just when i need you... Believe it or not 1am maybe even 3:30am i might just be in motion dealing with some kind of situation going in my life that requires me to be awake at after after hrs.... And as i mentioned about Casey's business hrs 1am or 3am being almost 6months pregnant oooh yessss thankful that my local Casey's is open when i have a out of the blue pregnancy cravings in the middle if the night.. and to put the cherry on top they have so much to choose from inside to purchase thank you my Waverly Tennessee Casey's

Came in late and the clerk was friendly. Bought a case of Pepsi and a energy drink. Almost half of the cans in the case of Pepsi was only half full. I attempted to call the store but noone picked up.

Went in tonight, very poor customer service. No “welcome to Casey’s” she gave me my purchase, I said thank you. No you’re welcome. Good customer service goes a long way with customer retention.

Consistently the slowest pumps in town. I'm not sure why it takes 20min to fill my tank, but this is the only place where I can take a nap while I fill.

LOST MY APPETITE. Went in today to grab a bite to eat. Normally a great place to stop. The employees let a woman bring a large dog in around the pizza counter. The young man that worked there was playing with it at the pizza counter. Not saying I won't be back, but will be a while for sure. I love my dog, but she doesn't belong in a store that's making food. Bad look.

Bathrooms were dirty, missing paper towels. Drink case was half empty. I straws for fountain drinks. Floors were dirty. Fountain drink area has things thrown all around.Cashier didn't speak, didn't ask me if I had a rewards card, and acted like I had leprosy when she handed me my change.If I could have given no stars that's what I would have given.

The morning crew is always friendly. I work midnights so its nice to be able to get off work and get some good food that's not breakfast. The girl that made my cheese sticks this morning always does a great job and is always very nice.
