Friendly professional staff. My car looks as good as it did before the wreck. Work was done in a timely manner which does not seem to happen much in these post covid times. Would use them again if ever the need arises.

Super nice people who did a great job on my 2021 Titan after taking a decent amount of damage from an impact with a deer. Great communication not just with myself but they also worked with my insurance adjuster and my rental company and they couldn't be more grateful for such quality and customer service oriented business. Highly recommended! Fair and reasonable.

Carl’s in Waverly is the best collision center I’ve encountered and I have worked in quite a few states now. Very professional and friendly. VERY GOOD WORK. For "Carl's II" Collision Center:I live in TX, but have been helping in Waverly with flood recovery. On top of the fact that the locals here are wonderful, the local businesses are just as great; including Carl's.The plastic lip of the tailgate was damaged when a wheel barrow flew out of my truck while on the road during one of the rain storms. I really didn't think it could be fixed since there was no actual body damage. Well, I was wrong.The young gentleman (sorry, can't remember name) who helped me went above and beyond in getting it fixed....and quickly! He didn't have to....had nothing to do with body work, but he helped me anyway. ThanX again for all your help, kindness and great customer service!

This shop has some of the nicest, most honest car people I've ever met. They worked with my schedule on drop off and pick up and were honest about the problem being more intensive than we thought, but also gave me a solid estimate for fully fixing my issue. For any future body work done, I'm definitely going back.
