I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this vet office. I personally am a LVMT (licensed veterinary medical technician) and have been practicing for years working with doctors in ortho cases, and this is the absolute worst care and client education I have EVER seen handled by a veterinary hospital in my career. My fiancé and I had split up in October during which time his dog had broken her leg. He chose this hospital based on the excellent reviews and was willing to pay for anything the doctor recommended. Two weeks later (November )we got back together to which he informed me that she was boarded at the vet due to skin infection and to help her healing. He picked her up tonight (January) with normal discharge instructions to resume normal activities. Upon seeing this dog for less than two seconds I took her into one of the clinics I currently work to retake rads due to the leg being floppy and clearly not properly healed. This fracture is non-union and will now either need to be amputated or specialized plates that will cost several thousands of dollars( that still may not heal). As a trained professional in this department, I am extremely let down in the care this pet received, the pain she is going through, and the lack of care from the staff. Dr. West or any of the doctors on staff should have never let this patient leave the hospital in this condition to resume normal activities and to tell the client “she just healed crooked.” Any person can look at this radiographs and see the leg is broken. Sadie Sullivan will never be returning to this hospital for care and I warn people who seek this hospital for their pets in time of need.

in their defense they were rushed and had worked my pet in but his paws were not groomed at all.

I really wish I could give 5 stars here...my dog Storm had knee surgery almost 2 months ago...still limps around badly..this after I was given a guaranteed he would be like new!!Yeah right!Since the surgery and post op recovery,this place has pretty much washed there hands with my dog...all they seem to want to do is keep giving him pain meds...not the solution folks!!!Over a thousand dollars spent and alot of heartache for nothing..were is the compassion you mention on your website folks!!Remember..your letting a very well loved pet down!!

I have been taking animals to Cascade vet for many years. Would never take an animal anywhere else. Dr. Bobby West is great and I have never had a problem with any of the staff.

This is an amazing establishment. None of my animals will ever get veterinary service anywhere else. I liked them when I got my new pup his shots there. But when my now 2 year old pup got a 5 inch hole torn in his chest from God knows what. Without hesitation or delay they took him into their care and performed surgery immediately. Back home the next day with some time till recovery. I am so deeply appreciative of their care and indebted to them for their compassion. 24 staples and a cone later Copper is relaxed and resting now ☺️.
