“Even with new ownership and a name change, it will probably always be Quality Oil or Ricky Newports to me, I miss Mr. Newport's biscuits, he needs to open a restaurant. I will even miss those gas pumps, no pay at the pump but they had character! Wishing Mr. Newport the best in the future and thanks for the gas, caffeine and the biscuits.”
“Not a bad place to stop. The lady was mopping when we came and greeted with some kind words and let us know it was OK to walk across.We shopped for awhile before leaving and observed a clean shop with labels with a typical variety of gas station snacks and maybe a little extra.The attendant made great small talk as well left and made a great impression.”

“Cindy goes above and beyond for customers and I hope it’s noticed and appreciated. I came in, just minutes before close, for propane. Everywhere else in town is out and I had just got back from out of town. She could have refused to help me since it was so late, but instead she came out in 11 degree weather to switch my tank. I have a baby at home and rely on propane for heat, so this was a huge deal. Thanks again, Cindy.”
